Slide the oil casing to the deburring process and remove the external thread protection devices on both sides; use compressed gas to blow out the iron slag in the oil casing;
Turn on the air source switch of the deburring equipment, check whether the tool is long enough and sharp; turn on the axial movement switch of the tool bar, and when the tool is inserted into the pipe body, shake the air motor switch to make the tool run at high speed immediately, then adjust the axial movement speed of the tool (usually 0.7-1 meter per minute), until the tool passes through all the holes in the wall thickness, reverse the axial movement switch of the tool bar to make the tool retreat until the air motor switch exposes the end of the casing, immediately turn off the air motor, the tool is still moving axially, and when it reaches the starting position, turn the axial movement switch of the tool bar to the end position;
Use compressed gas to blow out the iron slag in the pipe body, and use a flashlight to observe whether the burrs in the inner cavity are cleaned up. If it is confirmed that the burrs are removed, go to the next process. If not, it is necessary to adjust the CNC tool or the axial movement speed and repeat the above steps until the burrs are removed; install the external thread protection devices on both sides; after filling in the relevant records, the oil screen pipe internal burr removal process in the oil casing process is considered to be completed.
